1

Direct property tax relief

Lower housing and rental prices across our elected districts by reducing the municipal tax burden that gets passed on to residents.

2

Cut unnecessary levies & regional taxes

Eliminate Community Amenity Contributions, Development Cost Charges, the Metro Vancouver Regional District tax, and the property-tax portion of the TransLink tax — costs that inflate the price of every new home.

3

Equal treatment & more housing supply

Build homes faster through streamlined zoning and approvals, applied fairly and without preferential treatment.

4

Protect property rights & local sovereignty

Keep land-use decisions in local hands, with clear enforcement against unauthorized occupancy and a firm stance against transfers of municipal authority.

Help build something local.

Whether you have an hour a week or want to run for office, there's a place for you in this movement.
